Either of us may end an engagement with written notice. You remain responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

Because these are custom, done-for-you services: if you cancel before work begins, you receive a full refund. Once work has started, the fee is non-refundable, but we will work with you to make the deliverables right.
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future billing. The current month is not refunded, and you keep everything created for you.
