- Netlify — our website and form hosting platform. Form submissions are stored securely in Netlify.
- Google (Gemini) or OpenAI (ChatGPT) — when we build your AI twin, we train it using the business information you provide in your intake form. No personal client data or private customer information should be included in your intake responses.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of POSAI or others.
Your business information and confidentiality
The business information you share in your intake form — pricing, processes, policies, team details — is treated as confidential. We use it only to build your system and do not share it with other clients or third parties beyond what is required to deliver your service.
Data retention
We retain your contact and project information for as long as needed to deliver and support your service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing kwalker@posai.it.com.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
