Agreement to terms
By purchasing services from POSAI or using posai.it.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.
Services provided
POSAI provides business documentation and AI assistant services for home service companies, including:
- Systems Sprint — documentation of your services, pricing, rules, SOPs, and checklists into an organized hub
- The Operating System — everything in the Sprint plus a custom AI assistant trained on your business
- Keep It Current — ongoing monthly updates to your hub and AI assistant
- Free Starter Kit — downloadable worksheets provided at no cost with no purchase required
Your responsibilities
To receive your completed system, you must:
- Complete and submit the client intake form promptly after purchase
- Provide accurate information about your business, services, and operations
- Not include private client data, social security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive third-party information in your intake responses
- Review your completed system when delivered and notify us of any corrections needed within 14 days of delivery
Delivery timeline
We aim to deliver completed systems within approximately one week of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery timelines may vary based on intake complexity and current project volume. The clock starts when we receive your intake — not when you purchase.
The Quiet Phone Guarantee
For Operating System clients: if repeated crew questions are not cut in half within 30 days of delivery, we will continue working on your system at no additional charge until they are. This guarantee applies when:
- You have submitted a complete intake form
- Your crew has been using the delivered system consistently for 30 days
- You notify us of the shortfall within the 30-day window
This guarantee covers additional work on your system — it does not include refunds beyond what is stated in our refund policy below.
Refund policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Before intake form submitted: Full refund, no questions asked, within 14 days of purchase.
- After intake form submitted but before delivery: 50% refund if we have not yet begun building your system. No refund once work has begun.
- After delivery: No refund. We will correct any errors or gaps identified within 14 days of delivery at no charge.
- Keep It Current monthly subscription: Cancel at any time. Your rate will not recur after cancellation. No partial-month refunds.

Intellectual property
The business documentation, SOPs, checklists, and AI assistant built for you are yours. You own the content. POSAI retains the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable information about service types and system structures to improve our offerings.
The POSAI brand, website, and free kit documents are owned by Keisha Walker / POSAI. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them without written permission.
Limitations of the AI assistant
Your AI assistant is trained on the business information you provide and is designed to answer operational questions for your crew. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, safety, or licensed-trade advice. It should not be used to make decisions involving safety hazards, chemical handling, licensed electrical or plumbing work, or any situation requiring a certified professional. We build a safety routing rule into every system, but you are responsible for ensuring your crew uses it appropriately.
Limitation of liability
POSAI's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or your AI assistant. This includes, but is not limited to, business losses, crew errors, or client disputes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
